Meet Our Operations Coordinator and Juggler Extraordinaire!

When we learned that today is International Jugglers Day, we knew it was time to introduce you to our Operations Coordinator, Jennifer Cain, who is highly adept in the art of juggling the many people and tasks tossed her way.


What Our Operations Coordinator Does

The shortened version of Jennifer’s responsibilities includes:

  • Wrangling our in-house team and the additional team members found in our co-firms.

  • Directly aiding our clients in various ways.

  • Creating a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. (One that builds confidence in what’s to come.)

  • Coordinating all aspects of The Construction Junction podcast production -- which includes scheduling recording sessions, booking guests, managing production timelines, producing and editing recordings, managing distribution across various platforms, and monitoring performance metrics.

  • Keeping the calendar, schedule, and gate of Tonya Schulte, the owner of The Profit Constructors – (in other words, Jennifer is the CEO handler.)     


Who Jennifer Is

Jennifer lives with her three world changer children in Glendale, Arizona. Her children include a sophomore physics major at Arizona State University (ASU), a junior engineer and musician at Mountain Ridge High School, and a freshman sword slinger at Ridge.


Her “farm” includes two Frenchies, Alice and Rox, and a Golden named Hermione, who each do their part by always keeping the family busy and providing just the right touch of pet therapy.


The hobbies Jennifer participates in are quilting, hiking, working out, and being involved in community theater.


When asked about her “favorites,” Jennifer replied, “All the food, especially cupcakes. I love the beach in California and the city of New York equally for their own nuances.”


What Jennifer Brings to the Table

Jennifer told us that the best thing about working at The Profit Constructors is that the company focuses on being the best for our families and clients. She said, “The crossover is seamless, and each is so important.” 


Jennifer is flexible and, at the same time, detail-oriented. She has a high level of empathy and can put herself in both our client’s and team member’s shoes. She aspires to understand them equally and create a respectful relationship among all. She says it like this: “Serving our clients and team well and with compassion.”
